We have made a pasta with a beautiful color, texture and pizzazz. We find that red pepper adds another dimension of flavor to a dish without making every mouthful hot and spicy. They seem to elevate the taste of other ingredients and make a simple recipe complex and interesting. Serve the Red Pepper pasta with olive oil and garlic, toss in some grilled veggies and meat, than top with a delicate cheese and you have dinner.
