1 lb Ground meat; Beef, Pork or Turkey
1 Egg beaten
1/4 C Bread crumbs
1/2 C Grated Romano or Parmesan
3 Cloves of minced garlic
2 TB dried parsley
2 TB Tomato Sauce
2 Tsp. Lard or you can use your favorite oil for frying

Combine all of the ingredients except the lard for frying.  Shape into balls, heat oil in a large cast iron frying pan.  Fry till brown on all sides and place in pasta sauce or freeze as is for later use. 

Prep time is about 15 minutes
Cooking time 8-10 minutes
Yield .... really depends on the size you make. My husband likes them bigger then golf balls and we get about 18
