How to prepare



Always cook pasta in pure water, place pasta in cool water and bring to at a rolling boil—one gallon per pound. At full boil the nest will start loosening up, start timing for your prefered bite / al dente. Reduce heat to a soft boil. At 2 minutes, stir/open up nest to prevent clumping. Each cut requires a specific cooking time, listed below. Please, do not overcook.
Linguine 2-3 Minutes check the bite and adjust time
Fettucine 5 -6 Minutes check the bite and adjust time
Shapes 1-2 minutes if for pasta salad you need a stronger bite
Ravioli 5 minutes  Someday I'll start making these again.
Conchiglioni Place in boiling water and boil till they are just soft with a strong bite.
