We love our drunk'n pastas, they are so versatile. We use a full bodied Red Wine from Italy that pairs well with roasted or grilled vegetables and meats. The flavor of the wine comes through even after boiling, but serving with butter or an extra virgin olive oil is key for the full effect.
Sprinkle with Cheese, Garlic, fresh herbs, red pepper flakes before serving. Don't forget to add a garlic rubbed grilled crusty bread.
